Letter from Yuri Denisyuk:
"Ive been acquainter with the world of French optical engineer from Bordeaux Yves GENTET in the field of display holography. He demonstrated to me his true colour holograms using Lippman - Denisyuk technique on one layer of silver halide material. This technique is extremely complicated and few scientists in the world have already achieved good results. To my opinion these holograms made my Yves GENTET in his holographic laboratory, sponsored by EDF-GDF Service Gironde are the best I've seen, I'd like to underline that these results are fundamental for many applications such as museography for preservation of rare collections. I'm asking people who have the opportunity to help Yves GENTET to do it. So the work initiated by the French laureate Gabrial Lippman one century ago could be continued." Yu. Denisyuk.
